Snack Permission Form
Dear Parent /Guardian;
The Island Park School District Food Service Department is looking forward to serving your children in the 2018-2019 school year. We want to ensure that we provide the best service in order to meet the needs of all our students. To better serve our students we are requesting parents’ consent to limit the purchase of snacks.
There are several snack items students may purchase that are not part of the breakfast/lunch meal at additional cost. If you would like to limit your child’s ability to purchase these items using funds from their account, please complete the form below and return it to your child’s homeroom teacher. We will do our best to assist with this.

Island Park Schools
New Point of Sale System – WebSMARTT
- Island Park UFSD has purchased a point-of-sale system for use in the cafeterias at FX Hegarty Elementary School and Lincoln Orens Middle School.
- The POS system, called WebSMARTT, will eliminate the pencil to paper meal tracking, which will allow for processing of meal transactions to be completed quickly and efficiently.
